Bonner Scholarship
The Bonner Scholarship is a service-based scholarship program that was established in 1990 to support students who are committed to serving their communities. The program is named after Corella and Bertram F. Bonner, who were known for their commitment to social justice and philanthropy.
The Bonner Scholarship is open to students at more than 60 colleges and universities in the United States. The scholarship provides students with financial support to cover tuition, fees, and a living stipend, as well as opportunities to engage in meaningful service activities in their communities.
In addition to financial support, the Bonner Scholarship program provides students with training and support to develop their leadership and service skills. Students are expected to complete a minimum of 10 hours of service per week during the academic year and participate in regular training and reflection sessions.
